Orders will ship within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays) from the time of the order. If you need your jewelry sooner, please send us a message as we are happy to accommodate. Tracking information will be emailed when the order has shipped.

Standard: FREE USPS First Class shipping for all orders above $100. Order will arrive within 2-4 business days after processing and shipping.
Two-Day Expedited: Offered for $30. Order will arrive within 2 business days after processing and shipping.

We are confident that you will fall in love with your new Hannah May jewelry, but if for some reason you feel like it is not the right fit for you, we are happy to issue a refund, exchange or store credit. Please email us at hannahmayjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We ask that you send the jewelry back with everything included. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, altered or worn items.
We will replace any broken jewelry free of charge as long as it is documented and emailed to us within one week of arrival. We will cover the cost of shipping for broken items, not for refunds or exchanges.
