IS YOUR JEWELRY HYPOALLERGENIC?
Yes, our jewelry is hypoallergenic. Our 14k gold is solid gold and our gold filled jewelry is the next best thing. Gold filled findings have a thick, chemically bonded layer of 14k gold on top of jewelers brass. There is no nickle used. Sterling silver is solid sterling. Please confirm that you have no 14k gold or sterling silver allergies before wearing our jewelry as we are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days once your payment method has been authorized. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
For special items that are custom or made to order, please allow an additional 3-5 days for production. Any backordered or made-to-order pieces are noted on its product page, so be sure to shop accordingly if you need your jewelry by a certain time. If you need your jewelry sooner, please send me a message, I am happy to accommodate.
HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
The following U.S. domestic shipping methods are offered through USPS:
- Standard: Will arrive in 1-5 business days after processing and shipping
- Two-Day Expedited: Will arrive within 2 business days after processing and shipping
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Please enter your shipping address at check out to determine if you are charged sales tax in your state.
HOW DO I ENTER A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Enter a promo code at checkout where it says “Discount Code”.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We offer all major credit card payments as well as PayPal and ShopPay. We also offer payment through Afterpay and Affirm, if you would like to easily pay for your jewelry in installments.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
