TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed and ready to be shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. The carrier can take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. Please note that we cannot redirect your package after this point.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST IN THE U.S.?
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders above $50. Items will arrive within 1-5 business days after processing and shipping. Two-Day Expedited shipping is offered for $30 and will arrive within 2 business days after processing and shipping. Orders will be shipped through USPS.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days once your payment method has been authorized. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
For special items that are custom or made to order, please allow an additional 3-5 days for production. Any backordered or made-to-order pieces are noted on its product page, so be sure to shop accordingly if you need your jewelry by a certain time. If you need your jewelry sooner, please send me a message, I am happy to accommodate.
HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
The following U.S. domestic shipping methods are offered through USPS:
- Standard: Will arrive in 1-5 business days after processing and shipping
- Two-Day Expedited: Will arrive within 2 business days after processing and shipping
CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS TO DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, please place them as separate orders.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Please shop off of our Etsy site if you would like an order shipped internationally: Shop Etsy. We offer international shipping on Etsy for a fee of $24. International orders take 6-10 business days to deliver after processing and shipping.

Sometimes, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating after this time, contact us at hannahmayjewelry@gmail.com.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
- Hannah May is not liable for lost shipments once tracking has stated the package has been delivered.
- We are not able to redirect your package once shipped.
- We cannot change your delivery address once the item has been shipped and you receive a tracking number.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

All orders are shipped in a Hannah May keepsake jewelry pouch and/or a signature Hannah May box. Our keepsake pouch is the perfect safe haven for your jewelry.
