Necklaces

Find Your Perfect Length

Necklace length can change the whole feel of a piece. A shorter length sits closer to the collarbone, while longer lengths are perfect for layering or creating a softer, more relaxed look.

How to check your necklace length at home

  1. Cut a piece of string to the same length as the necklace you’re considering.
  2. Place it around your neck to see where it falls.
  3. If the necklace has a pendant or gemstone drop, remember the stone may add a little extra length visually.
  4. Try a few different lengths if you’re building a layered look.

14 inches — Very petite, sits high on the neck. Best if you love a close choker fit.

16 inches — A classic short length that usually sits around the collarbone.

17–18 inches — Our favorite easy everyday range, beautiful alone or layered.

20 inches — A little more relaxed, great with pendants or a longer stack.

23–24 inches — A statement length, especially beautiful for hand-knotted gemstone strands.

Bracelets

Choose a Comfortable Fit

For bracelets, we usually recommend choosing a size about 0.5 inches larger than your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit. For example, if your wrist measures 6 inches, a 6.5 inch bracelet will usually be your best fit.

How to measure your wrist

  1. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
  2. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a strip of paper or string.
  3. Mark where it overlaps, then measure that length with a ruler.
  4. Add approximately 0.5 inches for a comfortable bracelet fit.
