At Hannah May we take pride in using high quality materials that provide reliable long time wear for our jewelry. Every piece is made with love and will maintain its shine and integrity with proper care and wear.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, gently wipe with a damp cloth and/or polishing cloth before storing it in your provided keepsake pouch. Our lovely microsuede pouch provides a sustainable safe haven for your jewelry where it is sheltered from daily exposure to elements, which can cause tarnishing and/or damage. Make sure jewelry is completely dry before storage.

Orders will ship within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays) from the time of the order. If you need your jewelry sooner, please send us a message as we are happy to accommodate. Tracking information will be emailed when the order has shipped.
The following U.S. domestic shipping methods are offered through USPS:
Standard: FREE USPS First Class shipping for all orders above $100. Order will arrive within 2-4 business days after processing and shipping.
Two-Day Expedited: Offered for $30. Order will arrive within 2 business days after processing and shipping.

Most Hannah May pieces are made to order and customized for style and size meaning that all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please make sure to accurately measure and read product descriptions for the size of each material. Photos may make gemstones appear bigger or smaller than they are in person. Due to the natural variation in gemstones, colors, sizes and patterns may vary slightly, making each piece one-of-a-kind and unique.
